DALAM DIRI SITI KHODIJAH RA.

Para wanita muslimah hendaknya mengambil contoh dan teladan dari tokoh-tokoh wanita dunia yang telah mendahului mereka, khususnya yang tidak disangsikan lagi kesholehannya dan telah diberi kabar gembira oleh Allah swt dengan syurga . Mempelajari sirah dan perjalan hidup mereka adalah sangat urgen, karena dengannya kita bisa menatap kedepan , menempuh kehidupan yang lebih sempurna dan kebahagian di dunia dan di akhirat.
Salah satu tokoh wanita yang patut dijadikan suri tauladan bagi para wanita muslimah sekarang adalah Siti Khodijah a. s. , istri Rosulullah saw, ummahatu al mukminin, seorang wanita yang pertama kali memeluk dienul Islam, dan salah satu wanita yang terkemuka didunia ini.
Dalam salah satu hadits disebutkan :
Dari Ibu Abbas ra berkata ; bahwasanya Rosulullah saw bersabda : “ Para wanita penghuni syurga setelah Maryam adalah : Fatimah , Khodijah dan istri Fir’aun ” ( HR Ahmad )
Bersabda Rosulullah saw : ” Wahai Khodijah , ini malaikat Jibril telah datang dan menyuruhku untuk menyampaikan salam dari Allah kepada-mu dan memberikan kabar gembira kepadamu dengan rumah yang terbuat dari kayu , tidak ada keributan dan rasa capai di dalamnya . ” ( HR Bukhari dan Muslim )
Setelah kita mengetahui dari dua hadist di atas bahwa Khadijah ra adalah wanita ahli syurga, kita sebagai wanita muslimah pada abad ini harus mencari sebab-musabab kenapa Khodijah as menjadi ahli syurga.
Rahasia yang menjadikan Khodijah masuk syurga ternyata telah diungkap sendiri oleh Rosulullah saw dalam suatu haditsnya , tepatnya ketika pada suatu hari Aisyah ra merasa cemburu dengan Khadijah ra yang walaupun sudah lama meninggal , akan tetapi Rosulullah saw masih saja terus mengingat-ingat kebaikannya , ketika itu juga Aisyah ra berkata kepada Rosulullah saw : ” Wahai Rosulullah saw bukankah Allah swt telah menggantikannya dengan istri yang lebih muda dan lebih baik darinya ?
Mendengar pernyataan tersebut, Rosulullah saw menjadi murka , seraya bersabda :
” Tidak, demi Allah , tidak ada yang bisa menggantikannya : dia beriman kepada-ku disaat kebanyakan orang mengkafiri-ku, dia membenarkan-ku pada saat mereka mendustakan-ku, dia membantu-ku dengan harta-nya ketika mereka pada meninggalkan-ku, dan darinya aku dikaruniai keturunan pada saat istri-istriku yang lain tidak bisa mempunyai anak ”
Dari hadist di atas, kita bisa menyimpulkan bahwa Rosulullah saw telah menerangkan tiga hal yang menyebabkan Khadijah ra masuk syurga, sebagaimana yang telah dijanjikan Allah swt.
Pertama : Mempunyai keimanan yang tangguh .
Keimanan yang tangguh ini memiliki beberapa ciri diantaranya :
1. Keimanan tersebut tumbuh dari rasa kesadaran dan atas dasar ilmu, bukan karena ikut-ikutan atau karena takut dikucilkan . Hal ini terlihat dengan jelas, ketika beliau – walau hanya seorang wanita - telah berani menyatakan keimanannya pada nabi Muhammad saw , di saat orang lain pada menghindar dan mengkafirinya.
Keimanan yang tangguh ini tidak goyah , walau selalu di goyang, yang tak lekang karena panas dan tak lapuk karena hujan. Keimanan semacam inilah yang mengantarkan orang yang memilikinya menuju syurga.
Dalam hal ini Rasulullah saw bersabda :
Barang siapa yang mengucapkan ” La Ilaha Illa Allah ” dengan ikhlas dari hatinya , niscaya akan masuk syurga ”
2. Mendukung kepada orang- orang yang membawa kebenaran.
Keimanan yang tangguh itu akan mengantarkan seseorang untuk mendukung orang- orang yang membawa kebenaran, siapa saja tanpa pandang bulu, sekalipun dia bukan dari keluarga , golongan atau kelompoknya .
3. Menyakini bahwa Allah tidak akan menyia-nyiakan orang- orang yang selalu menyebarkan kebenaran dan berbuat baik kepada orang lain.
Ini terlihat jelas pada diri Siti Khadijah r.a , ketika Rosulullah saw pulang dari gua Hira dalam keadaan takut dan cemas setelah ditemui malaikat Jibril as, seraya mengatakan kepada siti Khadijah :
” selimutilah saya…selimutilah saya…selimutilah saya ! “
Melihat keadaan suaminya seperti itu, siti Khadijah yang mempunyai keimanan yang tangguh tadi, tidak lantas ikut panik dan menjerit-jerit, tapi tetap tegar dan mengatakan dengan sepenuh hatinya :
” Sekali- kali tidak ! Demi Allah , sekali- kali Allah tidaklah akan menghinakan kamu selamanya , sesungguhnya anda benar-benar orang yang suka menyambung tali persaudaraan, menghormati para tamu, menanggung orang – orang yang membutuhkan, berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan orang-orang yang tidak mampu, dan membantu orang –orang yang ditimpa musibah.”
Pernyataan Siti Khadijah ra di atas mengandung beberapa pelajaran :
- Menunjukkan ketegaran Khodijah di dalam menghadapi suatu masalah , hal ini dikarenakan keyakinannya kepada Allah yang begitu kuat. Allah berfirman :
“ Dan Kami jadikan di antara mereka itu pemimpin-pemimpin yang memberi petunjuk dengan perintah Kami ketika mereka sabar. Dan adalah mereka meyakini ayat-ayat Kami ” ( QS As Sajdah : 24 ) .
- Menunjukkan bahwa Siti Khadijah telah mampu memahami dengan baik ilmu-ilmu kemasyarakat dan ” sunnatullah ” di dalam kehidupan manusia ini. Yaitu bahwa siapa saja yang berbuat baik, walaupun sekecil apapun, niscaya dia akan melihatnya cepat atau lambat.
Nilai- nilai semacam ini sebenarnya merupakan bagian dari Aqidah Islam yang harus diyakini oleh setiap muslim. Sangat banyak ayat- ayat Al Qur’an dan hadist- hadits nabi yang menunjukkan kaedah ini. Diantaranya :
Barangsiapa yang mengerjakan kebaikan seberat dzarrahpun, niscaya dia akan melihat (balasan)nya.
Dan barangsiapa yang mengerjakan kejahatan sebesar dzarrahpun, niscaya dia akan melihat (balasan)nya pula.
“Allah akan senantiasa menolong hambanya,selama hamba tersebut menolong saudaranya . ”
- Menunjukkan bahwa Siti Khadijah telah memahami bahwa orang- orang yang lemah merupakan sumber kekuatan bagi orang- orang yang beriman.
Di dalam hadist di sebutkan :
” Sesungguhnya kalian akan mendapatkan pertolongan dan limpahan rizqi dari orang- orang yang lemah . ” ( HR Bukhari
4 . Keimanan ini mempunyai landasan ilmu yang kuat .
Keimanan yang tidak mempunyai landasan ilmu yang kuat, otomatis akan mudah goyang dan mudah terpengaruh dengan orang lain.
Dalam suatu riwayat disebutkan, ketika Rosulullah saw masih dalam keadaan cemas ketika melihat malaikat., beliau ( Siti Khadijah as ) menghiburnya dengan kata-kata yang mengandung keilmuan yang mendalam :
” Masukkan kepala anda ke dalam baju-ku, …. Ini adalah kabar gembira, Karena yang anda lihat adalah malaikat, jika ia syetan tentunya ia tidak malu.”
Tidak sampai di situ saja, ilmu syareah tadi didukung dengan ilmu-ilmu yang lainnya, seperti ilmu sosiologi dan antropologi, atau ilmu –ilmu kemasyarakatan sebagaimana yang terungkap di dalam cerita di atas.
Diantara dalil- dalil yang menyebutkan bahwa keimanan harus berdasarkan atas ilmu adalah firman Allah swt :
” Maka ketahuilah, bahwa sesungguhnya tidak ada Ilah (sesembahan, tuhan) selain Allah ” ( QS Muhammad : 19 )
Beberapa peristiwa di bawah ini menunjukkan bahwa Khodijah as merupakan sosok yang selalu memperhatikan ilmu dan terus mencarinya sehingga ditemukan kebenaran :
- Menanyakan tafsir mimpinya kepada ulama pada zamannya , Waraqah bin Naufal , yaitu ketika dia melihat matahari masuk ke rumahnya dan menyinar rumah- rumah sekitarnya juga .
- Mencari orang yang amanat untuk mengurusi dagangannya
- Menikah dengan orang yang amanat dan berakhlaq mulia.
- Membawa Nabi Muhammada saw kepada Waraqah untuk dimintai pendapatnya tentang pertemuannya dengan Jibril di gua Hira.
Kedua : Menginfakkan hartanya untuk sebuah perjuangan.
Sebab kedua yang mengantarkan Siti Khadijah sebagai penghuni syurga adalah keikhlasannya di dalam menginfakkan hartanya di jalan Allah demi tegak dan tersebarnya Dinul Islam. Banyak contoh serupa yang menguatkan pernyataan di atas, bahwa infak di jalan Allah adalah satu jalan yang mengantarkan seseorang untuk masuk syurga. Ini terlihat dengan jelas pada diri sahabat agung, khalifah ketiga, Ustman bin Affan yang menginfakkan sebagian besar hartanya untuk biaya perang fi sabilillah .
Dalam hal ini Rosulullah saw bersabda :
” Wahai Utsman, ( berbuatlah sesuka hatimu ) setelah ini, karena semua amalanmu yang kamu berbuat tidak akan bisa menghalangimu masuk syurga ”
Allah berfirman :
” Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang beriman itu hanyalah orang-orang yang percaya (beriman) kepada Allah dan Rasul-Nya, kemudian mereka tidak ragu-ragu dan mereka berjuang (berjihad) dengan harta dan jiwa mereka pada jalan Allah. Mereka itulah orang-orang yang benar. ” ( QS Al Hujurat : 15 )
Ketiga : Membuat ridha suami .
Dalam hal ini , beliau mampu memberikan hak, perhatian , kecintaan, dan keturunan bagi suaminya . ( Zaenab, Ruqiyah, Umm Kaltsum, Fatimah, Qasim, Toyib, Thohir )
Dalam riwayat lain disebutkan bahwa Khadijah as tidak pernah bersuara di atas suara suaminya. Yang jelas, khadijah telah mengetahui kadar keagungan suaminya dan memberikan yang terbaik untuk keagungannya.
” Wanita- wanita kalian yang merupakan penghuni syurga adalah yang perhatian kepada suaminya , jika ia mendapatkan suaminya sedang marah, segera ia mendatanginya , dan meletakkan tangannya di di dalam tangan suaminya, sambil mengatakan : “ Saya tidak akan bisa tenang sehingga anda ridha “
Memberikan keturunan dan mendidik mereka dengan baik ( kaderisasi ) , merupakan sumber amal sholeh yang memasukkan kita ke syurga juga.
Dalam suatu hadits disebutkan :
“ Barang siapa yang merawat dua anak perempuan sehingga mereka baligh, maka ketika ia datang
pada hari kiamat, saya dan dia kedudukannya seperti ini “- seraya menempelkan jari telunjuk dan jari tengahnya - ( HR Muslim )

Dalam salah satu hadits, disebutkan bahwa Khadijah adalah perempuan terbaik dari golongan Islam, sebagaimana Maryam binti Imran menjadi wanita terbaik dari golongan Nasrani. Sebelum datangnya Islam, ia sudah dijuluki sebagai ath-thahirah “perempuan suci”, karena ia memiliki kehormatan, kedudukan tinggi, keimanan sejati, jiwa besar, dan perilaku suci.
Dari sifat-sifat kemuliaan yang dimiliki Khadijah, ternyata mampu mengantarkannya pada kesuksesan yang gemilang. Selain kaya raya dan terkenal sebagai pedagang yang sukses, ia bahkan juga mendapatkan kabar gembira dari Allah yang disampaikan melalui Jibril kepada Nabi Muhammad saw berupa rumah di surga yang terbuat dari kayu.
Kesuksesan bisnis Khadijah bukan terjadi secara kebetulan, tapi di dalamnya terdapat konsep yang amat cerdas dan universal. Sebagaimana disebutkan oleh Khoirul Amru Harahap, Lc, M.H.I dalam buku Rahasia Sukses Bisnis Khadijah terbitan QultumMedia ini, yang terbagi kepada dua faktor: internal dan eksternal.
Faktor internal terdiri dari keimanan yang kokoh dan spiritualitas yang tinggi, mentalitas wirausaha, memiliki modal dan pandai mengelolanya, kemampuan merekrut karyawan dan mejalin mitra kerja, suka berderma, berani mengambil keputusan dan pandai membaca peluang. Sedangkan, secara eksternal, Mekah merupakan daerah strategis serta cocok untuk iklim usaha dan memiliki stabilitas kemanan.
Dari faktor-faktor di atas, kenapa keimanan menjadi bagian dasar penentu kesuksesan bisnis Khadijah? Sementara itu, hampir semua pebisnis di Mekah ketika itu, semuanya paganisme. Sehingga, mereka benar-benar tidak memiliki apa yang dimiliki Khadijah, yaitu berupa kematangan spiritualitas. Sebab, dari iman itulah akan membuahkan kekuatan batin dan jiwa, sikap tidak pernah gentar, rasa aman dan tidak mudah putus asa, rasa harapan, rasa penuh percaya diri (self confidence), dan membuahkan sikap toleran dan damai. Dengan demikian, Khadijah menjadi pemenang dalam persaingan bisnis yang dilakukannya, tanpa harus mengotori tanggannya dengan cara-cara yang anarkis.
Kemudian, bagaimana dengan faktor-faktor lainnya? Tidak kalah sama hebatnya, semuanya mengikat satu sama lain dan menyatu dalam integritas sang istri Nabi saw ini. Selain itu, faktor-faktor dan konsep yang diterapkan Khadijah dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, ternyata sangat relevan dengan pendapat-pendapat para ahli di dunia bisnis zaman modern ini.
