Dengan olahraga, risiko terkena serangan jantung, osteoporosis, dan kanker pun akan mengecil. Olahraga teratur dapat menambah fleksibilitas otot, memperkuat tulang, serta mengurangi stres, karena sel-sel tubuh mendapat lebih banyak oksigen. Tidur Anda pun akan nyenyak.
3.Konsumsi vitamin C
Vitamin C bisa Anda peroleh dari buah-buahan segar (terutama jeruk), sayur-mayur berwarna hijau (brokoli dan lain-lain) atau suplemen vitamin C sebanyak 1000 mg perhari. 5.Istirahat cukup
Manusia butuh sekurang-kurangnya 8 jam setiap hari untuk tidur. Istirahat cukup bermanfaat untuk menghindari terbentuknya kantung mata, kulit keriput dan wajah kusam.
6.Perhatikan penampilan
Penampilan dan tata rias wajah juga memegang peranan penting. Meski usia terus bertambah, tetap perhatikan jenis kosmetik yang Anda pakai. Gunakan make-up tipis untuk kesan natural dengan tetap memperhatikan kondisi dan jenis kulit Anda.
7.Optimis

Trying to figure out what’s going on with my parents’ PC…every so often they can hear a radio broadcast from their PC speakers. Always some infomercial or asian talk show.
